Your vehicle immediately transmits a call for help by sending its exact location and by opening two-way audio bridge between the vehicle occupants and the FirstCall Operations Center. FirstCall advisors monitor what is happening in your vehicle and if assistance is needed, an advisor will begin directing emergency support to your location.
