Why is there no exterior marking on the vehicle stating it has FirstCall? Couldn't a sticker saying I have FirstCall act as a theft deterrent?
FirstCall is not intended to be a deterrent. The major benefit of the system is that the presence of the FirstCall unit is not disclosed to the thief. This means a greater likelihood of rapid recovery and minimal damage and covert assistance.
