Emergency Hotline Plan

Hotline subscribers are provided toll-free access to bilingual FirstCall advisors who can dispatch assistance based on subscriber provided directions. Subscribers who choose not to have FirstCall's vehicle assistance system installed in their vehicle can still receive 24/7 roadside assistance and emergency support.
Subscribers are provided a wallet-sized FirstCall emergency card that has a unique identification number. When contacted, FirstCall advisors will have access to your personal information stored in our system so that we can provide immediate and personalized support.
The Emergency Hotline Plan includes the following features:
- Roadside Assistance
Whether you have a flat tire, run out of gas, or need a tow, a FirstCall advisor is ready to assist you. A bilingual FirstCall advisor can contact a roadside assistance provider for you and give them your exact location. A FirstCall advisor can also notify a friend or relative that you'll be delayed or need a ride.
- Dispatch On-site Response *
A bilingual FirstCall advisor can be dispatched to your location to assist you in navigating discussions with law enforcement, provide on-site coordination with emergency services or in resolving other safety or security challenges.
