With the push of a button, FirstCall advisors are immediately notified of an emergency and able to pinpoint your exact location. FirstCall Advisors are trained to listen for a potential assault or kidnapping, medical emergency, or other personal crisis and guide law enforcement and support services to the scene.
FirstCall subscriber vehicles are equipped with multiple emergency buttons which provide occupants with the ability to have emergency two-way communication with bilingual advisors in our 24/7 incident management and customer assistance centers.
Of course technology is most effective when leveraged with a knowledgeable monitoring service; and this is where FirstCall far exceeds the capabilities of other providers. Our highly trained staff of bilingual advisors is based at our established Operations Center in the heart of Mexico City. Advisors have extensive experience with specialized security and customer support and are well-equipped and empowered to make sound and rapid decisions.
The Pinpoint Assistance Plan includes the following features:
- Automatic Notification of Air Bag Deployment *
In the event that your air bags deploy, your vehicle automatically sends a signal to FirstCall and an advisor will attempt to contact you to see if you need assistance. Even a minor collision can be emotional and cause confusion. Should you be involved in a collision, count on a specially trained FirstCall advisor to guide and assist you with the important procedures you need to follow. There's real peace of mind in knowing that if your air bags deploy, FirstCall will be there for you.
- Stolen Vehicle Recovery
If your vehicle has been stolen, contact the police immediately and then call FirstCall. FirstCall can work with police to locate your vehicle using a global positioning satellite system. Once located, FirstCall can remotely shut off your vehicle's engine so thieves cannot get away. This leaves your vehicle inoperable and stationary so that Police can collect your vehicle and its valuables quickly.
- Remote Door Unlock *
If you find yourself locked out of your vehicle, FirstCall can help. Call a FirstCall advisor and provide your account number and PIN. If you need time to get to your vehicle, the FirstCall advisor can delay remote unlock for up to 15 minutes.
- Horn and Lights Safety *
FirstCall can honk your horn and flash your lights remotely. Whether you're parked on a city street or in a parking lot, FirstCall makes it easy to locate your vehicle quickly. FirstCall can flash your exterior lights and sound your horn so you can find your vehicle or create a diversion to scare off potential assailants at your vehicle. With a far greater range than remote key controls, FirstCall can help even when your vehicle is at the opposite end of a crowded parking lot.
- Roadside Assistance
Whether you have a flat tire, run out of gas, or need a tow, a FirstCall advisor is ready to assist you. A FirstCall advisor can contact a roadside assistance provider for you and give them your exact location. A FirstCall advisor can also notify a friend or relative that you'll be delayed or need a ride.
- Dispatch On-site Response **
A bilingual FirstCall advisor can be dispatched to your location to assist you in navigating discussions with law enforcement or in resolving other safety or security challenges.
